Returns and Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. I offer exchanges for another artwork of equal value or a full refund.

 

Conditions for Returns:

Artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage during transit.

 

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact me at info@irisesther.com within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and reason for return. b. Once your return request is approved, carefully package the artwork and send it back to the provided return address.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you’re returning the artwork for reasons other than a defect or error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Custom Artwork: Please note that custom-made artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error in the product.
