All illustrations, designs, images, texts, products, and other content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Iris Esther Woering, unless otherwise stated.

Under the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet) and applicable international copyright treaties (including the Berne Convention), all rights remain exclusively with the creator.

Without prior written permission from Iris Esther Woering, it is strictly prohibited to:

•       copy, download, reproduce, or redistribute any images or illustrations
•       modify, edit, mirror, alter, translate, or create derivative works
•       recreate, imitate, or reproduce the artwork in other materials, formats, or product types
•       use the artwork for commercial or non-commercial purposes
•       publish, distribute, license, or resell the artwork
•       use the artwork for AI training, datasets, machine learning, or digital processing
•       use parts or fragments of the artwork in new compositions

Any partial reproduction or adaptation is also prohibited.

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action and claims for damages.

Intellectual Property – Retailers

All illustrations, designs, images, and other creative works created by Iris Esther Woering remain the exclusive intellectual property of Iris Esther Woering at all times.

Retailers are granted solely the right to resell the purchased physical products through the agreed sales channels. No copyright, license, reproduction right, or other intellectual property right is transferred or granted.

Without prior written permission from Iris Esther Woering, retailers are strictly prohibited from:

•       reproducing or reprinting any illustrations or visual materials
•       using images for their own printed materials, packaging, advertisements, or promotional content
•       recreating or imitating the designs in other materials, formats, or product types
•       modifying, editing, mirroring, or incorporating the artwork into new designs
•       using parts, elements, or details of the artwork for their own commercial purposes
•       sharing digital files with third parties, manufacturers, or external suppliers
•       using the artwork for AI training, machine learning, datasets, or digital processing

The purchase of products does not grant any right to use the underlying illustrations beyond the resale of the original physical product.

Violation of this clause constitutes copyright infringement and may result in immediate termination of the business relationship, as well as legal action and claims for damages.

 

Auteursrecht & Intellectueel Eigendom

Alle illustraties, ontwerpen, afbeeldingen, teksten, producten en overige inhoud op deze website zijn auteursrechtelijk beschermd en blijven het exclusieve intellectuele eigendom van Iris Esther Woering, tenzij anders vermeld.

Op grond van de Auteurswet en toepasselijke internationale auteursrechtverdragen (waaronder de Berner Conventie) berusten alle rechten uitsluitend bij de maker.

Zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Iris Esther Woering is het uitdrukkelijk niet toegestaan om:

•       afbeeldingen of illustraties te kopiëren, downloaden, reproduceren of verspreiden
•       werk te bewerken, aanpassen, spiegelen, vertalen of anderszins te wijzigen
•       afgeleide werken te maken
•       het werk geheel of gedeeltelijk na te maken, te imiteren of te reproduceren in andere materialen, technieken, formaten of productsoorten
•       beeldmateriaal te gebruiken voor commerciële of niet-commerciële doeleinden
•       het werk te publiceren, distribueren, licentiëren of verkopen
•       (delen van) het werk te gebruiken voor AI-training, datasets, machine learning of digitale bewerkingsdoeleinden
•       onderdelen, details of fragmenten van het werk te verwerken in nieuwe ontwerpen of composities

Ook gedeeltelijke reproductie of bewerking van het beeldmateriaal is niet toegestaan.

Ongeautoriseerd gebruik vormt een inbreuk op het auteursrecht en kan leiden tot juridische stappen en schadevergoeding.

Intellectueel Eigendom – Retailers

Alle illustraties, ontwerpen, afbeeldingen en overige creatieve uitingen van Iris Esther Woering blijven te allen tijde het exclusieve intellectuele eigendom van Iris Esther Woering.

De retailer verkrijgt uitsluitend het recht om de ingekochte fysieke producten door te verkopen via de overeengekomen verkoopkanalen. Er wordt geen enkel auteursrecht, licentierecht of reproductierecht overgedragen.

Het is retailers uitdrukkelijk niet toegestaan om zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Iris Esther Woering:

•       illustraties of beeldmateriaal te reproduceren of herdrukken
•       afbeeldingen te gebruiken voor eigen drukwerk, verpakkingen, advertenties of promotiemateriaal
•       ontwerpen geheel of gedeeltelijk na te maken in andere materialen of productvormen
•       illustraties te bewerken, aan te passen, spiegelen of verwerken in nieuwe ontwerpen
•       onderdelen of details uit het werk te gebruiken voor eigen commerciële uitingen
•       digitale bestanden te delen met derden of externe producenten
•       het beeldmateriaal te gebruiken voor AI-training, digitale bewerking of datasets

De aankoop van producten geeft geen recht op het gebruik van de onderliggende illustraties buiten de verkoop van het originele product.

Overtreding van deze bepaling wordt beschouwd als inbreuk op het auteursrecht en kan leiden tot onmiddellijke beëindiging van de samenwerking, alsmede juridische stappen en schadevergoeding.
