Shipping
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 working days after payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation once your parcel begins its journey to you.
Changing Your Mind (Right of Withdrawal)
Sometimes, after an order is placed, your heart may choose another path — and that is perfectly alright.
From the moment you place your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you wish to keep your items. No explanation is required.
To withdraw, simply email me at info@irisesther.com
After notifying me, you have another 14 days to return the parcel to the address I will provide.
Please note: the cost of return shipping is yours to carry.
How to Return an Item
If you choose to return your order, please send the item back in its original condition and packaging, whenever reasonably possible.
If the product has been handled more than necessary to understand its nature, quality or functioning, a reduction in value may be applied.
Please pack your return with care so it can travel safely back to the studio.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and everything is in good order, your full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
Refunds are always made through the same payment method you used at checkout.
Please be mindful that payment providers work at different speeds; refunds may take 1–14 days to appear in your account.
Gifts
If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please send an email to info@irisesther.com and I will help you with the next steps.
Returns Outside the Legal Period
If a return is requested after the 14-day legal withdrawal period, acceptance is at my discretion.
In such cases, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
