Product description

This illustration grew from a calm moment of looking outward, when the day opens instead of closes.

At the edge of the early morning, as the sky softens into warm light and the world grows kind and slow, a girl sits on a willow branch. Her feet sway above the quiet hills, her thoughts drifting freely, like dandelion seeds on a friendly breeze. Beside her, a fox sleeps — simply sharing the stillness.

Longing was created as a gentle celebration of spacious moments — when nothing needs to happen, and yet everything feels possible. It speaks of daydreaming without hurry, of allowing thoughts to wander, and of trusting that what is meant for you will find its way.

This piece is for you if you treasure calm early sunrises, open horizons, and the peaceful joy of being exactly where you are. It belongs in places where you pause and breathe — a reading nook, a bedroom, or a corner where the day is allowed to soften.

Let Longing offer you a quiet sense of openness, a lightness of heart and the reminder that some dreams grow best when they are given time and air.

MEET ME

IRIS ESTHER

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.

Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.

My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
