Product description

Guiding Light
A softly glowing nightscape

This illustration was made with the thought that sometimes, the way forward does not need to be clear — only kind.

In a moonlit forest glade, a child walks slowly among dried wildflowers, holding a small lantern close. The night is calm. Tall, golden stems lean in, not to block the way, but to watch over her as she moves. Nothing urges her to hurry. The light she carries is enough.

You may recognise this feeling. That moment when certainty is absent, yet something inside knows to keep going. Guiding Light grew from a wish to honour that quiet knowing — the kind that cannot be explained, only trusted.

This artwork holds a sense of stillness and reassurance. It belongs in spaces where gentleness is valued, and where the idea of finding one’s way is allowed to unfold slowly, step by step.

Let it be a reminder that you do not need to see the whole path — only the next small circle of light.

Perfect for night corners, quiet walls, or anyone who needs a soft reminder that even the smallest light can lead you home.

IRIS ESTHER

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.

Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.

My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
