Spring’s Daughter – A Romantic Spring Art Print (After My First Oil Painting)

Product description

There is a silence in the meadow. A young girl stands among daisies and tender grasses, holding a small lamb close to her heart. Her long braids fall quietly over her apron, and the sky behind her is wide and pale. This artwork began as my very first oil painting — a slow and careful journey into a classic medium. Each brushstroke carries patience, discovery, and a deep love for softness. The texture of oil paint allowed me to layer light and shadow gently, creating a scene that feels timeless, like a tender countryside memory from a childhood long ago.

“Spring’s Daughter” is a piece about tenderness. About protecting what is small and vulnerable. About standing grounded in the field of your own becoming.

It is a poetic keepsake for those who cherish stillness, tenderness, and the nurturing of dreams. Perfect for an empty wall waiting for a timeless piece, a quiet reading corner, or a valued space in a home that cherishes nature-inspired art with a nostalgic soul.

  • Printed locally with care in the Netherlands on A4 size (21 × 29.7 cm / 8.3 × 11.7 in).
  • Crafted on heavy 350gsm FSC-certified Italian paper with a gentle texture that compliments the original artwork.
  • Each art print is personally signed and dated on the back by the artist.

MEET ME

IRIS ESTHER

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.

Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.

My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
