Product description

This illustration was created from the joy of knowing that night can be an invitation, not an ending.

When the world has gone to sleep and the forest begins its softest song, a gnome child in a green cap sets off on a gentle bear’s back, guiding him with a star. A crooked stick is his lantern, catching dreams that float through the dark like fireflies. The path is hushed, the sky wide, and everything feels possible.

Midnight Adventure is a celebration of the secret hours — the ones that belong to imagination, courage, and quiet companionship. It is about trusting the night, about a childhood adventure without fear, and about knowing that we are carried when the road feels big.

This piece is for you if you remember believing that the stars were close enough to touch. If you love moonlit forests, brave journeys, and stories that unfold after midnight. It belongs in places where wonder is welcome — a child’s room, a Waldorf-inspired home, or a corner where dreams are allowed to roam.

Let Midnight Adventure remind you that some of the most magical journeys begin when the lights are low.

MEET ME

IRIS ESTHER

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.

Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.

My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
