In a snowy corner of the forest, two mice have decided that winter needs decorating. They have gathered what they could find — popcorn, buttons, bits of ribbon, and a silver thimble that makes a very fine stool. Perched on spools of thread, they work carefully, stringing their garland one kernel at a time. It is slow work. Important work. Their paws are small, but their plans are not. And somehow, in the quiet of the snow, their tiny creation feels grand.
“Tiny Miracles” is about that kind of winter joy — making something from almost nothing, sitting close together, and discovering that even the smallest hands can brighten a dark season. A gentle postcard for winter letters, for friends who love to make things, or for anyone who believes that small efforts count.

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.
Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.
My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
