Product description

Admiration – A Summer Postcard

On a quiet summer afternoon, in a meadow filled with wildflowers, a little girl notices something small and bright against a petal — a red ladybug, moving slowly in the sunlight.

She leans closer. The world seems to soften for a moment. Bees continue their work, grasses sway gently, but everything feels slightly hushed. The kind of pause that happens when a child truly looks.

I created “Admiration” to capture that first feeling of wonder — when something tiny holds your full attention, and the ordinary becomes extraordinary simply because you have taken the time to see it.

A gentle postcard for summer greetings, thank-you notes to teachers and if you still kneel down to observe the smallest creatures in the grass, this card is especially for you.

Also available as a fine art print for those who would like to keep that quiet meadow moment close. You can find her here.

IRIS ESTHER

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.

Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.

My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
