Product description

Spring Gathering – Postcard

In the fresh green of spring, two small forest gnomes gather flowers and decorate the branches in a meadow. Bees drift from bloom to bloom. Buttercups sway gently in the light and a sweet robin is helping where he can.

Everything feels bright, yet unhurried — the kind of morning when the air carries birdsong and the earth seems newly awake.

I created this illustration with the simple rituals of spring in mind: picking flowers, noticing insects, filling small hands with colour. Those early days when the season feels full of promise without needing to say so.

A lovely postcard for May Day, seasonal tables, or to send a soft and blooming greeting to someone dear.

This postcard is also part of the Spring Postcards Set of 9 — a small collection filled with light, new beginnings, and the joy of spring. You can find this set here

MEET ME

IRIS ESTHER

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.

Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.

My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
