Product description

Spring’s Arrival – A Gentle Early Spring Postcard

On a soft patch of melting snow, a small gnome child sits quietly among his blue tit companions. Around them, snowdrops have pushed their way through the cold earth, their white heads bowing gently toward the light.

Perhaps you know that moment — the first time you notice snowdrops standing bravely in the frost. After weeks of grey skies and bare branches, those small white flowers can feel like a quiet relief. A sign that something is shifting, even if winter has not fully stepped aside.

“Spring’s Arrival” holds that fragile turning point. The kind that does not announce itself loudly, but begins softly — with a flower, a brighter morning, a hint of warmth in the air. A gentle postcard for seasonal tables, early spring greetings, or to keep nearby as a reminder that change often begins in the smallest ways.

This postcard is part of the Spring Postcards Set of 9, a small collection celebrating light, renewal, and the joy of the changing season. You can find the set here

MEET ME

IRIS ESTHER

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.

Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.

My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
