Product description

Laundry Days – illustrated postcard

On a soft spring morning, when the grass is still cool with dew and the air smells of clean linen and wildflowers, the washing is done outdoors.

I created Laundry Days during the earliest days of spring to celebrate the sweetness of ordinary moments. Inspired by classic children’s stories where daily chores become small adventures and could be accompanied with a song, this scene reminds us that even the simplest tasks can be filled with joy.

This illustrated postcard is perfect for sending a thoughtful note, adding to a seasonal table, or simply to keep close to yourself.

MEET ME

IRIS ESTHER

I’m Iris Esther, an illustrator and mother of two, creating illustrated art, art prints, postcards, and small paper goods from my forest-side home studio. With a green birdhouse in the first tree outside my window, I work guided by nature, fairytales, changing seasons and by a deep love for making art by hand.

Growing up, being outside wasn’t a destination but a way of living. My art grew from that same gentle rhythm.

My illustrations are made to quietly support everyday life — bringing a sense of enchantment to family celebrations, seasonal rituals, and small moments that matter.
