One morning, as the clouds drift slowly across the sky, a small boy sits on the back of a great white goose.

As a child, I was endlessly fascinated by the story of Nils Holgersson — the boy who travelled across Sweden on the back of a goose, learning to see the land from a new height. That feeling of rising into the air, of seeing familiar places become vast and unknown, stayed with me.

This illustration is my quiet tribute to that childhood wonder — to the longing to fly, to travel, to understand the world from another perspective.
